It provides a platform for marketers, retailers, and innovators to easily create and centrally manage deployment of these digital experiences, while retaining the flexibility to rapidly adapt to local business conditions and audience preferences in real time. The company is a full solution provider for its customers and the offering includes Software (on premise,in a SaaS model and as fully managed service), Hardware, Tablets, Displays, Professional Services, Technical Support and Installation Services.

What are you going to do:

With the understanding of technique, sales and service you have an overview of all running and potential projects while managing, inspiring and facilitating the team members to reach team goals. Together with your manager, you translate the company's vision into an operational plan for the department with concrete and measurable goals. You have the end responsibility for providing services to customers according to the SaaS contracts. It is your strength to manage and organize the team workflow and to monitor quality and quantity, by having an overview of the progress of all running projects. You have very strong communication skills because you need to be very clear and specific to other departments and customers. You collaborate with sales team turning commercial opportunities into increased commercial success. Besides your own operational tasks in providing services, you are an inspiring leader to your team members. You manage, coach, motivate and facilitate team members, so that they are able to complete their tasks, collaborate and realize goals. Also, you can easily identify and encourage areas for growth, improvement and innovation of any kind. You are responsible for escalations, detecting and removing bottlenecks. In order to work organized you have the end responsibility for the documentation flow. Finally, you report to the higher management on the operational processes and projects, turning their feedback into solutions together with the team members.


Waar moet je aan voldoen?

You have:


• At least bachelor working and thinking level

• Experienced in providing support to customers in a software solutions environment

• Decisive experienced leader with commercial understanding

• Great leadership and communication skills

• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English, German and/or French is preferable



• Decisive experienced leader able to assess risks, quickly response to opportunities by easily taking
important decisions and setting priorities

• Motivational leader, leading by example

• Connector within the team and in all stakeholders’ relationships, carrying our core values and inspiring
others to do the same
